Weekend availability may be required, and a Nevada driver's license is essential. Candidates should have at least 1 year of leasing experience and be eligible to work in the United States; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing experience.
• Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
• Build a strong resident retention program
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
• Must be energetic and have strong sales skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
