Job summary

U-Haul is looking for a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field team members and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, your primary focus will be assisting with reservations and balancing regional inventory to meet demand.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a dynamic fast-paced environment while handling calls and coordinating with dealerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, Word, email).
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work weekends/flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Companys U-Box portable storage product.
