You will promote bank products, build relationships, and input data for referrals and applicants across market locations. The position emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, leveraging digital banking tools, and achieving weekly sales goals within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint (basic) proficiency.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services; sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
• Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees have the responsibility and accountability to manage risk per the company's risk management program.
• Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is required.
