Job summary

Smile Brands is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist in Martinez, California. The role includes preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking X-rays, educating patients, and maintaining records while ensuring infection control and safety.

Qualified candidates must hold a current RDA license and CPR or BLS certification. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k), and more; compensation is $23–$25 per hour, with schedule

Qualifications

• Must have certs to be hired.
• CPR or BLS is required.
• RDA license must be current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with front office tasks such as scheduling and processing payments if needed.
