Bright Now Dental in Martinez, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist. The role includes preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking X-rays, and educating patients on oral care. You will also maintain records, manage supplies, and support front office tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has CPR/BLS and an active RDA license and will join a team focused on delivering quality dental care. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have valid dental certifications to be hired.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• RDA license required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
