Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist in Modesto, California. You will prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist during procedures while ensuring patient comfort.

The role involves taking and developing X-rays, educating patients on oral hygiene, maintaining records, managing supplies, and supporting front office tasks as needed. CPR/BLS certification and RDA credential are required; schedule is Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• CPR or BLS required.
• Registered dental assistant credential required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
