Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to welcome and assist guests at Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property in Islamorada, FL. You will coordinate concierge services, answer inquiries, and help guests with transportation and recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of hotel customer service experience, strong communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Prefer 1+ year customer service experience in hotels.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, good problem solving skills, judgment and reasoning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Strong computer skills and professional appearance.
