Job summary

CUMULUS MEDIA | Mobile has an immediate opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant. You will be the friendly hub for the sales team, clients, and internal departments, handling inquiries, schedules, and light traffic/office tasks.

This role requires 1-3 years in sales, marketing, advertising or promotions, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude. The team offers competitive pay and a collaborative workplace on the Alabama Gulf Coast.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and/or promotions preferred.
• Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to proprietary systems.
• Self-starter that is detail oriented, organized, and excels at communication and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the sales team, clients and inter-company departments.
• Organize and input orders; assist in creating sales proposals and campaigns; provide customer care.
• Back up for Account Executives and Receptionist; input traffic instructions where needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations; gather copy and traffic; ensure timely execution of media buys.
