CUMULUS MEDIA in Savannah is seeking a Sales Assistant/Receptionist to support the advertising sales team and management. You will manage orders, prepare campaigns, and assist with client documentation while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, advertising or promotions preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools; strong written/oral communication.
• Background in radio sales or continuity is a plus.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between sales team, clients, and inter-company departments.
• Organize and input orders; assist in creating sales proposals and campaigns.
• Support Account Executives with orders and traffic as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations; gather copy and traffic for campaigns.
• Maintain sales materials and media kits; assist with client paperwork.
• Handle phone calls, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Provide research materials and ensure timely project delivery.
• Back up for inputting traffic instructions into systems.
