Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team and deliver high-quality care to patients. The PTA will develop treatment plans under PT POC and implement therapy programs to improve mobility and function.

The ideal candidate will have PTA licensure, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus for on-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Educate patients and families on proper therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and documentation
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
