Job summary

PACS is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to work with the Physical Therapist to deliver resident-centered care in a Texas facility. You will implement treatment plans, document accurately, and help maintain a safe, compliant environment.

Required qualifications include an accredited PTA program degree, Texas PTA licensure, CPR, and proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care. Strong communication with residents and the care team is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by following infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance protocols.
• Assist in Resident Care conferences and Rehabilitation meetings as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and safety techniques.
