Job summary

You will assist Sales and Project Managers with targeted marketing and project tasks, and offer cross-functional backup to regional offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
• 1+ years experience with desktop publishing software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute department meetings, sales conferences, and vendor presentations, including logistics.
• Document and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes and recap emails.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires with HR, ensuring first-day schedules and introductions.
• Coordinate IT provisioning, email setup, access badges, and business cards.
• Monitor Lead Generation platforms for bid opportunities and pre-bid notifications.
• Prepare prequalification packages, compile RFP responses, and assemble bid materials.
• Generate and distribute financial and accounting reports for Sales and Project Managers.
• Manage corporate event ticket allocations for the Construction Group.
