Job summary

You will coordinate technical activities and act as the communication link between internal disciplines, customers, and vendors.

Gain experience in estimating, scheduling, and design while ensuring cross-functional coordination, documentation, and on-site progress within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or equivalent education.
• Strong integrity and professional ethics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical activities for multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects under supervision.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and design coordination.
• Manage daily administrative tasks and document control.
• Monitor labor, materials, and deliveries to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Lead effective meetings with customers, contractors, and field personnel.
• Support installation procedures and cross-functional collaboration.
