Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook to support the culinary team in our Bread Basket dining experience. You will prepare meals following menus, serve residents, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety procedures.
• Strong communication with residents and team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Willingness to learn Bickford menus and policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to Bickford menus, processes and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and appropriately plated.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide and dishwashing procedures.
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experience.
• Maintain dietary records and track resident needs.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and compliant.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
