Job summary

TotalEnergies Gas & Power North America is seeking a Power Scheduler to execute the power trading strategy in a fast-paced environment. You will schedule physical and financial transactions in ERCOT, PJM and CAISO, while supporting portfolio optimization and risk management.

Collaborate with traders, risk, origination and back office to ensure accurate execution, reconciliation and settlement of trades, and maintain compliance with market rules and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Foundational understanding of North American power markets and trading concepts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with tooling (Python, R, MATLAB).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm physical and financial power transactions in ISO/RTO systems (ERCOT, PJM, CAISO).
• Submit and manage energy bids/offers for portfolio optimization.
• Monitor market positions and execution risk; support risk and trading teams.
• Coordinate Ancillary Services scheduling for load customers.
• Analyze large datasets to provide market intelligence and decision support.
• Ensure compliance with market rules and internal controls.
