ExxonMobil's North American Power Trading team is seeking an experienced professional to establish, improve, and sustain the foundational processes, systems, data, controls, and governance required to support ExxonMobil's North American Power Trading business.

You will possess a broad understanding of scheduling, settlements, billing, and market operations within North American ISOs, specifically ERCOT, MISO, and PJM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate field.
• 5+ years of experience in North American power markets or related areas.
• Solid knowledge of ERCOT, MISO, PJM market structures and settlement processes.
• Experience reviewing ISO market rules, tariffs and operating procedures.
• Experience working across multiple business functions, including trading back/middle and front office.
• Experience leading change initiatives and process transformation efforts.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and improve end-to-end processes for North American power trading.
• Monitor workflows, identify gaps, and drive sustainable solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for trading teams regarding process, system and data.
• Drive adoption of best practices and global standards across local trading operations.
• Establish processes to ensure reconciliation between ISO settlements and internal records.
• Lead change management for new systems and operating models.
