Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• 3+ years as a Plant Operator or equivalent in an operating/generating plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and monitor power plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient operation.
• In the control room, regulate turbines, generators, VR/HRSGs, and auxiliary equipment; manage steam and fuel supply.
• Execute startup, shutdown, and load control; respond to dispatch orders and alarms.
