• Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate with supervising physical therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
