• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock and organize linens, supplies, and maintain restrooms.
• Assist patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Assist with tracking non-medical and medical supplies and inventory.
