Responsibilities include preparing patients, assisting with exercises, and managing routine treatments while ensuring adherence to state practice act requirements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Demonstrates compassion toward patients and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Maintains clean work area and equipment post-treatment.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
