Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in a team-focused clinic.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication, documentation, attention to detail, patient satisfaction, teamwork, compassion, thoroughness, basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under supervision.
• Administers routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains supply areas.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, and patient paperwork.
• Keeps track of supplies and may order inventory.
