Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in both clinical and administrative tasks. You will greet patients, support therapists, and ensure compliance with state practice acts.

The role emphasizes effective communication, documentation, and teamwork. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; internship preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Energetic, team player with compassion toward patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatments and assist therapists during procedures.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities under supervision of professional staff.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms; manage linen/towel care.
• Assist patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling and filing.
• Track non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
