Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes and implements plans of care with progress tracking and outcome evaluation.
• Communicates and collaborates with physicians and teammates; handles discharge planning and home programs.
• Completes all required documentation and paperwork per policy; manages scheduling and productivity.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and students as requested, providing guidance and oversight.
