Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with IDFPR licensure.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Designs an appropriate plan of care with goals, treatment and discharge.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations and selects relevant assessment methods.
• Monitors care by support personnel and provides feedback.
• Communicates with the medical team and documents per standards.
