Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office technologies (Word, Excel).
• Thorough knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and documents in patients' medical records.
• Conducts comprehensive evaluations to determine appropriate course of care.
• Administers physical therapy treatments to decrease pain and improve function.
• Supervises therapy staff and coordinates with other medical providers.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and CAO policies.
