Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services in a Massachusetts healthcare setting. You will evaluate patients, craft individualized plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress to restore mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires an active PT license, a DPT or equivalent, and the ability to work both independently and with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in the state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by facility policy.
• DPT degree or equivalent per state regulations.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehab, SNF, home health, or specialty settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor progress, modify plans, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on plans, home programs, and discharge needs.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and patient safety standards.
• Treat patients across care settings and age groups as required.
