Job summary

Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene, ID, is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate referred patients and craft treatment plans. You will work with medical staff, case managers, social work, and adjusters to coordinate care.

The role may involve supervising PT assistants, performing a variety of tasks, and maintaining age-appropriate care with reliable attendance. Idaho license required, graduate of an accredited PT program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy is required.
• Current Idaho Physical Therapy License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans
• Work cooperatively with medical staff, case managers, social work and adjusters
• May supervise physical therapy assistants and aides
• Performs a variety of tasks
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Reports to a manager
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
• Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned
