Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• LCSW/LCPC Idaho license required; eligible for license in Idaho within one year if currently licensed elsewhere.
• At least 3 years of full-time psychological experience in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Certified to provide supervision to therapists seeking licensure in Idaho.
• Crisis prevention training required or to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care through assessments, groups, family and 1:1 services.
• Performs discharge planning, support and resource education to patients and families.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff pursuing licensure.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.
