Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Idaho Physical Therapy license.
• BLS and CPR certification are required.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Strong ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition, medical history, and functional limitations to determine mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility.
• Identify movement-related problems and design individualized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapies to promote recovery and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers about diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercises.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with care teams.
• Maintain thorough patient records in compliance with standards.
