Qualifications

• Delivers direct therapy to patients and educates patients and families.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR and coordinates care with the team.
• Monitors productivity while delivering quality patient care.
• Adheres to safety and compliance policies and required trainings.

Responsibilities
