Bon Secours Health System's Rehab Unit - St. Francis Eastside is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments and provide skilled therapy across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics and off-site locations.

You will develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, supervise PTA, maintain productivity, and comply with safety and infection control policies. A two-year experience is preferred and BLS is required within 30 days.
