Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• PT license as required by state.
• BLS certification.
• Clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
• Promote safe movement, independence, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
