Job summary

MedCadre in the United States (Siler City, North Carolina) is seeking a dedicated Permanent Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, helping patients improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license as required by the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
• Promote safe movement, independence, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
