MedCadre in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services, improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence, and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure safe recovery and optimal outcomes.

Formación

• Must hold a current and active state Physical Therapist license.
• Excellent clinical assessment and patient-care skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and functional activities.
• Improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow patient safety, infection-control, and clinical standards.
