Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional limitations. You will develop individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and work closely with physicians to maximize movement and independence.

You will document progress, educate patients and caregivers on home programs, and uphold safety and infection control standards while delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess physical, functional, and mobility needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Assist patients with mobility, balance, strength, and functional activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility.
• Use appropriate therapeutic equipment and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
