The Weston Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians. You will supervise assistants, document services, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include timely patient evaluations, goal setting, and ongoing re-evaluation of treatment plans, with emphasis on functional independence and quality outcomes.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Must be licensed in the state practicing by the Board of Physical Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians.
• Schedule, evaluate, treat, and supervise assistants and rehab techs; document services.
• Provide patient evaluations within 48 business hours of referral; establish measurable goals; maintain patient records.
• Communicate with physicians and care team; participate in staff meetings.
