Responsibilities

• Evaluation – Obtains pertinent medical and social history. Performs thorough and accurate evaluations using techniques to objectively measure physical and functional status including those specific to specialty area.
• Treatment – Performs treatment as outlined in the initial evaluation. Modifies treatment as necessary, updates goals and re-evaluates discharge plans throughout the course of treatment.
• Productivity- Productivity requirements and goals will be set forth by the department each fiscal year
• Documentation – Clinical documentation is timely, objective and complete. Administrative documentation including but not limited to billing and outcome measures is accurate and timely.
• Communication- Interacts with members of the inter-disciplinary staff pertaining to the welfare and management of assigned patients in a professional manner. Communicates with patients and family in respectful, professional & compassionate manner.
