Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Licensed in the state of practice (SC).
• Criminal Background Check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely evaluations for new patients.
• Design and implement a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Document all services provided accurately for clinical and billing purposes.
• Re-evaluate patients and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs when appropriate.
• Coordinate with physicians, POA, nurses, social workers and other therapists.
• Maintain professional communication with patients and families.
