Kensington-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evaluation and direct patient care in a facility setting. The role includes developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with the rehab team and families.

Responsibilities include screening, documentation, confidentiality, and participation in interdisciplinary meetings. Sign-on bonuses apply for FT/PT positions as listed.

Qualifications

• The Physical Therapist must have a Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a current state license and demonstrate competency in therapy evaluation and treatment.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and strong communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Screen, evaluate, and treat facility patients/residents needing Physical Therapy services.
• Review medical information and conduct screenings prior to evaluations to determine need.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Supervise PT Assistants and rehabilitation aides as allowed by state laws.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate billing information daily.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family meetings as appropriate.
