Loop East, Houston, TX 77029, reports to Tyson Miller and participates in dealer-led sales programs while upholding our Values Based Leadership. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience are required, with forklift certification

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required. Parts store experience highly desired.
• Must have a valid drivers' license.

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership tools and processes.
• Sales of parts to customers over the phone, via fax, e-mail or in person. Serves as a point of contact for parts customers.
• Completes all parts transactions for internal/external customers accurately and timely to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participates in all sales programs sponsored by HOLT and the dealership manufacturer to promote sales and meet objectives.
• Maintains current product information systems and updates new product information.
