Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks a PT Leader-2 to guide and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience and Life Time Training programs on the fitness floor.

You will coach team members, onboard new staff, and drive client acquisition while meeting personal and division goals. You will lead by example in delivering your own personal production and educating on all products and services, with a focus on delivering outstanding member experiences and achieving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential.
• CPR and AED Certification.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Proven leadership/management ability.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Ensure exceptional experience and results for all clients on the fitness floor.
• Be a player-coach through Dynamic Personal Training and manage your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet productivity goals; lead department-wide meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer to appropriate fitness professionals; ensure staff have necessary skills.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events (e.g., 60 Day programs).
• Complete scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
