Job summary

Blue Star Investments is seeking a personable Personal Trainer to support Anytime Fitness locations. You will lead training sessions, provide quality member experiences, and contribute to club sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You’ll conduct fitness consultations, follow safety protocols, and stay current with certifications and industry trends in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field preferred.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred; reimbursement program available.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred.
• Sales experience preferred; self-starter and team player.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement.
• Focus on member experience and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assess goals.
• Administer body scan tech and interpret results.
• Deliver group workouts for 1–15 members.
• Maintain equipment and club cleanliness.
• Review club reports to improve strategies.

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/health-related field
