Blue Star Investments is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer for full-time or part-time work at Anytime Fitness. The role focuses on client experience, driving personal training and merchandise sales, and maintaining the club environment.

The position requires delivering group and individual workouts, conducting fitness consultations, and staying current with certifications and trends while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented gym culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health-related field preferred, but not required.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred, but not required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred, but not required
• Sales experience preferred.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Knowledge of MSOffice suite.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns as set forth by the Marketing Director.
• Post on club’s social media accounts to enhance engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with follow-up to members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations, including screening and goal setting.
• Interpret body scan results and provide guidance.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1–15 members.
• Monitor and assist members for safe exercise performance.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Review club reports to identify trends and improve strategies.
• Encourage members to achieve goals and provide accountability.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends.
