Job summary

Blue Star Investments is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others through health and fitness. This role focuses on member experience, driving personal training and merchandise sales, and maintaining a friendly, sales-driven club atmosphere.

You'll participate in marketing campaigns, engage with guests both in person and on social media, and help clients achieve their fitness goals while upholding strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health-related field preferred, but not required.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred, but not required.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media to enhance engagement.
• Focus on member experience and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assess goals.
• Understand body scan technology and interpret results.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1–15 members.
• Monitor and assist members for safe performance of exercises.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Review club reports to improve strategies and identify trends.
• Encourage members to achieve goals and provide accountability.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
