Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement.
• Focus on member experience and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations and safety screenings.
• Interpret body scan results and tailor workouts.
• Deliver workouts to groups of 1–15 participants.
• Monitor and assist members for safe exercise performance.
• Maintain clean club and equipment.
• Analyze club reports to improve strategies.
• Encourage members to reach goals and stay accountable.
• Attend weekly meetings and trainings.
• Stay current on certifications and trends in the industry.
