Job summary

Blue Star Investments seeks a motivated Personal Trainer for a full-time or part-time role in Utah. You will drive training sales, deliver sessions to groups and individuals, and maintain high-quality member experiences.

You’ll also support marketing efforts, manage follow-ups, and stay current with certifications to advance in a fast-growing gym culture. The role offers flexible scheduling, an hourly wage plus commission, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or health-related field preferred.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred; CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns as set forth by the Marketing Director.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement and community.
• Focus on member experience including follow-up to members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assess goals to tailor programs.
• Apportion body scan results and interpret findings.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1–15 members.
• Monitor and assist members for safe exercise performance.
• Maintain club and equipment cleanliness.
• Review club reports to inform strategies and trends.
• Provide accountability to help members achieve goals.
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings and trainings.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends.
