Job summary

Blue Star Investments, LLC is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer/Sales Staff Member to drive training and merchandise sales while delivering excellent member experiences. The role includes marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and ongoing member follow-up to ensure satisfaction and progress.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, plus relevant certifications; bilingual is a plus. The position offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling and a benefits-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s in kinesiology, sports medicine or health-related field preferred.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns set by Marketing Director.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement.
• Focus on member experience and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations, including screening and goal setting.
• Interpret body scan results for clients.
• Deliver workouts to groups of 1–15 members.
• Monitor and guide safe exercise performance and equipment use.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Review club reports to improve strategies and trends.
• Encourage members to reach goals and provide accountability.
• Attend weekly and monthly trainings and meetings.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
