Qualifications

• Minimum two years of case management in a Georgia personal injury firm.
• Strong understanding of Georgia PI claims and pre-litigation.
• Experience handling motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, and other PI matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement prep.
• Develop and execute case plans to progress files on time.
• Analyze case facts, liability issues, insurance coverage, treatment progress.
• Identify challenges early and suggest next steps to attorneys.
• Escalate concerns and provide case recommendations to attorneys.
• Evaluate cases for viability and firm criteria.
