Job summary

Turn2Partners is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-state employee population. You will ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll processing experience, strong payroll tax knowledge, and experience working with ADP, UKG, or a comparable payroll system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local payroll taxes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing from data entry to final review.
• Process hours, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Handle hires, terminations, and payroll updates.
