Job summary

Spooner North Phoenix with a focus on patient-centric care is seeking a friendly Patient Services Coordinator Front Desk to greet patients, coordinate schedules, and manage patient records at our Phoenix clinic.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, precise data handling, and effective communication with therapists and billing. A High School diploma is required, with 1-2 years scheduling/verification experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, setting a positive tone for service delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, including referrals, appointments, cancellations and reschedules.
• Coordinate therapist time off requests and schedule changes.
• Schedule patients to meet expectations of timeliness, convenience, and appropriate provider.
• Process new patient enrollments with accurate data entry and proper communication to billing.
